Deciding what to wear to work can be quite a challenge. Every company or office tends to have its own dress code but us ladies appear to be gaining more autonomy about what we wear to the office these days. Smart casual or formal with a twist seems to be the way to go.

Make a statement with satin blouses, plain or floral print pencil skirts and smart blazers. Go formal with trouser suits or mix and match trousers with shirts or fine knit jumpers, all of which work well for the office too.

A shirt dress is a winner for office wear and can be worn with heels or flats. Wear it open over slim cut trousers and tees for a less formal but fashion forward look.

Add interest with accessories; scarves, belts, jewellery or a statement pair of shoes to make an impact with formal work dresses, suits, shirts, trousers and jackets.
