SHIPPING:
Getting your Love Cherish order to you as safe and as fast as possible is what we do, and we use selected couriers to track and trace delivery of your purchase.
- Costs depend on your location:
- Delivery within Ireland is FREE on orders over €80
- Delivery within Ireland (on orders under €80) is €4.95
- Delivery to UK €13 - Custom Charges may apply.
- If your order is travelling outside the EU, you may need to pay customs or import duties, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information. Customs may delay the delivery of orders.
- Delivery to rest of Europe €18
- Delivery outside of above is €30 and will be sent with An Post.
- We will always try to post our items using the most cost effective method for our customers. Most parcels are below 1kg and this is what our standard international shipping fess are based on. If your order is significantly over 1kg we reserve the right to contact you for additional shipping, depending on your region. (Please note we are not responsible for any customs costs incurred).

Online orders are available for Click & Collect from our Warehouse on Bakers Road:
- Monday to Friday: 12:00pm to 4:00pm
RETURNS:
Changed your mind? That’s okay, girl! Love Cherish offer a 14 Day Returns Policy. Just send back the parcel to us, with receipt/packing slip, and we will process your refund as soon as possible (less delivery charge).
Terms & Conditions:
- Items must be returned and received within 14 Days of Receipt of Delivery.
- Click & Collect Orders can be returned within 14 Days of receiving the email notification for collection.
- Items must be returned in original condition with no tags removed and no odours on the item (perfume, smoke etc).
- Love Cherish is not responsible for the cost of returns unless the item is faulty.
- No exchange possible on items. If looking for another size etc, please re-order your item in the size you are looking for and your original order will be refunded once received.
- No Exchange or Refund on Earrings due to hygiene reasons.
- No Exchange or Refund on Hairbands, Hair Clips or any Hair Accessory due to hygiene reasons.
- For special promotions, eg. (warehouse clearance events) we do not offer refund or exchange. We will highlight this on all social media and email platforms. If you wish to query before purchase, please contact customerservice@lovecherish.com
- We reserve the right to cancel any orders at any time for whatever reason, in which case all funds paid will be returned. A member of staff will be in touch to discuss terms & conditions if any issues arise.
- If the item is faulty, please email your Order No & the reason or description of the fault to customerservice@lovecherish.com
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt to us! Bank delays may apply - generally 3 to 5 working days after refund is processed!

Q. What is your return/exchange policy online?
A. Love Cherish offers a 14-day return policy for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchange for online orders. All orders bought using a gift card will be returned back onto the gift card immediately. All orders bought using other payment methods can take up to 10 days for a refund to be processed. For more information please see our returns policy above.
Q. How do I return an item?
A. You can return an item by sending or dropping it back to our Love Cherish Warehouse. Please include your completed return slip with the return, putting our address on the outside of the package - Love Cherish, Unit 4 Block A, Charleville Business Park, Bakers Road, Charleville, Co. Cork. Take it to your nearest post office to return. Please note we do not cover the cost to return. For more information please see our returns policy above. You can also drop off online returns to our Love Cherish Warehouse during Click & Collect times.
