Q. How would you describe Love Cherish and the fashion brands or clothing styles you sell?
A. Love Cherish is a fashion boutique that sells unique, fun and stylish, yet affordable, clothing brands for the fashion forward woman. We stock everything from our cute casuals range to glam going out tops and dresses. Key collections include leisurewear, work wear, occassion wear and party wear.
Q. What makes Love Cherish different from other Irish boutiques?
A. Well, our clothing brands speak for themselves. But we think what really makes us different is our honest styling advice, something our loyal customers know they can rely on.
Q. Do you have a size guide online?
A. As we all know, sizes can vary for different fashion brands and from item to item, so to get around this, we try on everything ourselves to give you our best sizing advice. Check out the product description for each item for our true honest sizing advice. And if you’re ever not sure about a specific item, just message firstname.lastname@example.org or call us 063-89426. We’ll be happy to help.
Q. Do you have a loyalty programme?
A. Yes, we do! To get sneak peeks, birthday gifts and rewards for your purchases at Love Cherish just sign up here.
Q. Do you sell online gift cards?
A. We do, you can buy a gift card online and personalise it at check out. You’ll receive the voucher by email so you can then email it to your special someone on their special day.
Q. Can I put items on hold/on deposit online?
A. We can’t hold or put items on deposit through our online store. You can do this, however, if you get in touch by phone 063-21830 or pop in to see us.
Q. Can I buy online and collect in store?
A. All click and collect items must be collected from our Love Cherish Warehouse, Unit 4 Block A, Charleville Business Park, Bakers Road, Charleville, Co. Cork. Click and Collect is not available in store.
Q. Do you provide a Personal Styling Service?
A. Love Cherish has a reputation for providing honest personal styling advice. You can call ahead to book a time (definitely worth doing especially if you're travelling quite a bit to visit us) or just pop in to the store. You can also call us for some advice by phone - we love the chats!
Q. Are all online styles also available instore?
A. We have some online exclusives and other instore exclusives so you can expect that stock may vary a little between the two.
Q. I can’t find the item I’m looking for online?
A. This usually means it’s sold out. You can sign up for our restock email by searching for the item in the search bar, then click on the size you need. A pop-up box will appear, enter your email address and click ‘notify me’. You will then be notified when your size is back in stock.
Q. Do you have a maternity range?
A. We don’t carry a maternity range as such, however we will let you know if an item is suitable for pregnancy or is breastfeeding-friendly in our honest sizing advice in the product description.
Q. Do you have a plus size range?
A. We currently stock sizes 8-20 and will provide plus sizes where they are available from suppliers. Unfortunately, not all brands provide larger sizes.
Q. Can I amend an order after it has been placed?
A. If your order has not yet been processed by the time you contact us, we can certainly amend your order and we’ll be more than happy to oblige. Obviously, we can’t amend orders that have already been processed/shipped. If you need to amend your order, please email email@example.com with your order number and details of your required changes.
Q. Who do I contact to resolve an issue with an order?
A. You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any order queries. We are more than happy to help!
Q. I forgot to enter a promotional code. Can it be added after?
A. All promotional codes need to be applied at Checkout for it to work. Sorry girls, we can’t accept promo codes once payment has been processed.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Take your pick girls! We accept debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Amex, Revolut and google pay. Love Cherish gift vouchers are accepted online and in store. (We don’t accept One For All vouchers at this time.)
Q. Do you have a student discount code?
A. Not at the moment.
Q. How much do you charge for shipping & delivery timeframe?
A. Our standard charge for shipping in Ireland is just €4.95, although the good news girls is that shipping is FREE in Ireland on all orders over €80. Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm will be dispatched in the same day via DPD. Orders placed after 1pm Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. Peak times may incur delays.
Q. Do you offer Click and Collect?
A. We do, you can collect from our warehouse between 12 and 4 Monday to Friday and Saturdays 11-2pm.
Q. Can I return an item purchased online if it's not right?
A. Changed your mind? That’s totally okay, girl! Love Cherish offers a 14 Day Returns Policy. You can send the parcel back to us, with the completed return slip, and we will issue a refund to you as soon as possible (less delivery charge). All tags must be attached and the item must be in perfect condition (so no makeup or perfume etc.).
Q. What is your return/exchange policy online?
A. Love Cherish offers a 14-day return policy for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchange for online orders. All orders bought using a gift card will be returned back onto the gift card immediately. All order bought using other payment methods can take up to 10 days for a refund to be processed. Q. How do I return an item?
A. You can return an item by turning the bag inside out. Please include your packing slip with the return, putting our address on the outside of the package - Love Cherish, Unit 4 Block A, Charleville Business Park, Bakers Road, Charleville, Co. Cork. Take it to your nearest post office to return. Please note we do not cover the cost to return. For more information please see our returns policy above.
Q. How quickly will I receive my refund after I've returned an item?
A. We issue the refund back on to the card that was originally used to purchase the item, as soon as goods have been received and checked as ok. Each bank takes a different number of days to process refunds, but you should receive it within a few days.
